“Ex-Aura” means to soar. The word comes from the Old French-, essorer and Latin words, ex- and aura, which means out of the breeze.
Ex-Aura was founded in 2018 by Kezia and Leroy Moalusi.
Kezia Moalusi

Kezia holds a Masters Degree in Industrial Psychology and is a registered Industrial Psychologist with the HPCSA. Kezia has over a decades experience in the Human Capital field. She has worked in the Recruitment, Engineering and Financial industries. Kezia is registered as a HR Professional with the SABPP. She has also undergone training with SAMLA for Medico-Legal reporting writing, and can therefore provide expert IP reports for both plaintiff and defendant Attorneys.
Leroy Moalusi
Director
Leroy holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Henley Business School and is registered as a Master HR Professional & an Associate HR Auditor with the SABPP. Leroy has over 18 years experience in the Human capital field and has held various senior leadership roles. His experience spans across various industries, including private healthcare, retail and insurance. Leroy has completed a Professional Business Coaching course through GIBS, and currently working towards an ICF accreditation.
