He is also an iEQ9 Enneagram Practitioner, and uses this tool as part of the process for Coaching. The iEQ9 Enneagram is also a very powerful tool that assists individuals discover some great insights into why they show up in the way that they do, and these insights are most useful in making the desires shifts.
